All are under the guidance of a supervisor who will undertake a series of regular monitoring checks on your behalf – each operation is given a quality score. These are then returned to head office and recorded on our management IT system. All completed procedures are presented to you in hard copy format for you to approve for sign-off.

Our management IT and hard copy reporting systems enable you to monitor our every procedure and score us accordingly. Regular reports are sent to our head office and actioned upon where necessary. So you can be rest assured that our cleaning service is a cut above the rest and any issues will be dealt with in a swift and professional manner.

Our promise to you is simple – Once you are signed up with us (be it on a short or long term contract) you definitely won’t pay any more for your everyday cleaning than the initially agreed price. You can relax in the knowledge that all your everyday cleaning needs will be taken care of without having to worry about price hikes that you weren’t expecting and hadn’t budgeted for. Should you feel you need extra cleaning services outside of our agreed plan, a quote will be sent to you before any of the extra work is undertaken.
